These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you") and vd444 ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the vd444 platform, website, services, and games accessible at vd444.vip. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use vd444's services. • You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not hold more than one active vd444 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

Section 2

Account Registration and Verification

To access vd444's games and services, you must create a personal account by completing the registration process. During registration you will be required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, which will serve as your primary account identifier for authentication and account recovery purposes.

vd444 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal. KYC may require a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is completed to vd444's satisfaction.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your password and any OTPs sent to your registered mobile device.
• Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility unless vd444 is found to be directly at fault.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on vd444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). vd444 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and participating Bangladeshi bank accounts. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed in the banking section of your account and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. vd444 may request additional documentation to confirm ownership of the payment method before releasing funds. Processing times are indicative and may vary depending on third-party provider schedules and KYC status.

• All deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account reviewed.
• vd444 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may however apply their own transaction fees per their standard terms.
• Withdrawals may only be requested once all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been fully satisfied. Withdrawing before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.
• vd444 reserves the right to delay or reverse any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity is suspected, pending investigation outcome.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

vd444 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time each offer is made available, in addition to these general Terms.

All bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered according to the stated requirements before any bonus or associated winnings may be transferred to the real-money wallet or withdrawn. vd444 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• 4.1

  Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, and device. Standard wagering requirements apply before any winnings derived from the welcome bonus may be withdrawn.

  Wagering Requirements

VIP status, tier-specific bonuses, and personalised rewards are issued at vd444's sole discretion and are non-transferable. vd444 may adjust, restructure, or discontinue any VIP reward at any time.

Section 5

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on vd444 are provided by regulated third-party software providers and use certified RNG systems or live-dealing technology as applicable. vd444 does not have the ability to influence individual game outcomes and accepts no responsibility for outcomes determined by certified RNG or live-dealing systems.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side records held by vd444 and the relevant game provider shall be the authoritative and final source of truth. Player-side records such as screenshots or screen recordings are not accepted as evidence of an outcome different from that recorded server-side.

• Players must not use any software, bot, script, macro, or automated tool to interact with vd444's platform or games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Any malfunction of game software voids all pays and plays for the affected round. vd444 and its game providers are not liable for losses or claims arising from technical malfunctions.

• Cricket betting markets and sports odds are subject to change until the market is suspended or closed. Bets placed on markets subsequently voided (e.g., abandoned matches) will be settled as void with stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vd444. Any breach may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances including real-money and bonus funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, using another person's identity or payment method, or misrepresenting any information provided to vd444 at registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using any software, bot, script, macro, or automated means to place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate account activity on vd444's platform.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the vd444 platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share cards in table games, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over vd444 or other players on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software, security system, or technical feature of the vd444 platform.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Termination

vd444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time without prior notice if vd444 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false or misleading information; (c) there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with the account; (d) the player is identified as being under 21 years of age; or (e) continued operation of the account presents a risk to vd444 or to other players.

Upon termination for cause, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited activity) will be returned via the payment method on file, subject to completion of all pending KYC requirements. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon termination for cause.

Intellectual Property

Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or reverse-engineering of vd444 content is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd444, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the vd444 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption. vd444's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vd444 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, network outages, or events beyond vd444's reasonable control including acts of God, governmental actions, or third-party service provider failures.

By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, accessible at vd444.vip/privacy-policy. vd444 applies strict data minimisation principles and does not retain personal data beyond the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, except where longer retention is required by law.

Amendments to These Terms

vd444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, vd444 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
